Thank you for purchasing AOK products(here refers OEM brands manufactured by AOK and products Of Custom Design Projects together). All new AOK products come with a one-year limited warranty from the original bill of lading arrival date against defects in materials and workmanship from an AOK’s customers and their authorized resellers. All AOK products sold as “refurbished”, “reconditioned”, or “factory renewed” are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original arrival date of shipment from an authorized agent.
Warranty & RMA Workflow
1. Limited Warranty Conditions
The limited warranty is provided to the original buyer only and is not transferable. Proof of unit serial number will be required for any limited warranty on AOK products. AOK warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product: (i) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by AOK or AOK’s authorized distributors, (ii) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions provided by AOK or AOK’s authorized distributors, (iii) which has been altered or damaged by accident; (iv) which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, power shortage, or negligence or (v) which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions.
2. Limited Warranty Coverage
Within a period of time identified below from the date of purchase, if AOK receives notice of defect (from AOK’s customers)in any AOK product which is covered by AOK’s warranty, AOK shall either repair or replace the defective product, at AOK’s option. AOK shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to AOK’s customer service center according to the Warranty Procedure in below. Accessories outside of the console, such as but not limited to remote control, HDMI cable, motion sensor module, 3G dongle, barcode reader, RFID reader, push buttons, optical cable, batteries, earphones, and AC adapter will only carry a 90-day warranty from the original date of purchase. For software products, AOK ‘s limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming instructions. AOK does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error free.

3. Warranty Procedure
For the duration of the warranty period, AOK will replace or repair defective products. If a product is suspected of being defective, local distributors (AOK’s Customers who bought the products from AOK) should gather this reported unit one by one monthly,And fill the diagnosis form provided by AOK and then send all the filled diagnosis forms back to AOK’s service center, A after-sale service representative will check whether all the reported units are under AOK’s warranty and then the local distributor sends back the confirmed monthly warrantable units together in a courier parcel(DHL/UPS for reference). AOK’s after-sale service engineer will authorize the exchange or repair of the defective item. Products must be shipped in the original or comparable packaging with shipping and insurance charges prepaid on local distributors’ own account. While, AOK will send back the repaired or exchanged units back to the local distributor with shipping and insurance charges on AOK’s account.
4. Limitation of Warranty
Neither AOK or its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the AOK products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall AOK or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages.
